Description
The University of Oregon is establishing a pool of qualified vendors to provide as-needed international program development, travel coordination, and logistical support for global study trips associated with graduate business programs. Required capabilities include itinerary development; business site visits; group airfare; ground transportation; meals; four- to five-star hotel accommodations; visa-processing support; meeting spaces and audiovisual needs; guides and translators; cultural and educational activities; case studies or speaker panels; pre-trip meetings and training; participant communications; and emergency response, including medical, political, legal, and natural-disaster evacuation support. Proposers must demonstrate experience in multiple destination countries in Europe and Asia, experience with graduate professional programs, relevant business contacts, emergency-service capabilities, methodologies, project approach, key personnel, and an itemized budget with total pricing. The University will consider third-party providers and subcontractors if the proposal clearly describes their roles and management processes. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two optional two-year extensions, for a possible total term of seven years.
