PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID ITB 26-120 Supervisor of Elections Clean Agent Suppression Systems Solicitation Overview Citrus County, Florida (County) invites interested parties to submit a Bid to furnish and install five (5) Inergen clean agent fire suppression systems in the Supervisor of Elections Office in accordance with the terms of the Scope of Work. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference/ Site Visit will be held on September 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Location of the Meeting: Supervisor of Elections Office, 1500 N. Meadowcrest Blvd., Crystal River, FL 34429 SEALED Bids are to be submitted on or before September 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that their Bid response is submitted through OpenGov no later than the time and date specified in the Solicitation or subsequent addenda. County has partnered with OpenGov Procurement, a web-based eProcurement service. Current bid solicitations and associated addenda, notices of recommended bid award, and current bid awards will be posted at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/citrusfl . Copies can also be obtained by calling the Department of Management & Budget/Purchasing at (352) 527-5457. Electronic Bids shall be opened and read aloud publicly on September 23, 2026, at 2:15 PM. via Microsoft Teams, information is listed in the Solicitation Document found on OpenGov. The solicitation is an Invitation to Bid and uses a sealed-bid process. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site. Bids are due through the procurement portal on September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A non-mandatory public bid opening will follow via Microsoft Teams.
