Description
Ector County, on behalf of the Ector County Governmental Purchasing Group and participating entities, is soliciting bids for semi-annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for automatic fire suppression systems. The work covers wet chemical, clean agent, paint booth, and other identified suppression equipment, including detection devices, nozzles, piping, control equipment, manual pull stations, alarms, and related accessories. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, replacement parts, system recharge, hydrostatic testing, and incidentals needed for the work. Services must comply with applicable NFPA standards, manufacturer recommendations, and federal, state, and local requirements. The contractor must provide written inspection reports, obtain approval before performing repairs beyond routine maintenance, use properly licensed and qualified personnel, maintain required licenses, certifications, and insurance, and remove waste after each service visit. The contract is for an initial one-year term with three additional one-year renewal options.
