Description
The Lawrence-Cedarhurst Fire Department is soliciting sealed bids for a new apparatus as described in the contract documents. Bidders must register by email to obtain the documents, receive addenda, and submit a bid. A non-refundable $100 document fee and a $100 plan deposit are required for printed documents. Each bid must include security of at least 5% of the total bid in the proper form. The successful contractor must provide workers’ compensation and other specified insurance, as well as performance and labor/material bonds. Bids must be held for 45 days after opening and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the fire department apparatus procurement.
