Description
The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a contractor to provide full-service black-and-white and color document reproduction, finishing, file handling, and delivery for public notices. The required product is a postcard-style notice measuring 8.5 by 5.5 inches, with a color front and black-and-white reverse containing mailing addresses and a map, printed on white 80-pound vellum paper with specified brightness, GSM, and recycled-content requirements. The contractor must accept PDF and XLSX source files by email, perform mail merges using address lists, provide proofs, accommodate revisions, and supply rush turnaround within 24 hours when required. Finished orders must generally be delivered within three business days to the Sonoma County Mailroom, with delivery by 9:00 a.m. for the stated example schedule. The purchase order will have an initial two-year term with up to three additional one-year extensions. Bidders must submit the completed required forms and cost sheet electronically, and must deliver a sample product to the City's Purchasing office no later than one business day after bid closing.
