Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks a contractor to provide performance-based, as-needed optometry services at the Omak and Nespelem Tribal Health Care Clinics. The scope includes comprehensive eye examinations, optometric evaluations, vision assessments, evaluation and management of ocular conditions, medically necessary corrective-lens prescriptions, referrals, follow-up care, coordination with other healthcare providers, and complete clinical documentation for eligible patients. The contractor must comply with applicable tribal, state, and federal laws, licensing and credentialing requirements, professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and facility guidelines. The proposal must address the contractor’s profile, approach, organization and management, qualifications and assigned professionals, three references, current assignments, conflicts of interest, and detailed costs. The service period is described as indeterminate but no less than three years, with no guaranteed minimum number of hours, days, patient encounters, or service requests. Indian preference and Colville Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance evaluation factors apply.
