Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one stereoscope for near- and distance-vision testing. The unit must operate on 115-volt, 60-Hz AC power and perform nine tests without removing or replacing slides. It must include an 8.5-by-11-inch plastic-laminated scoring card, dust cover, pointer, and two sets of replacement bulbs. The item must comply with MPID No. 1 dated July 26, 2000, applicable identification and marking requirements, Item Unique Identification requirements under MIL-STD-130, and specified commercial packaging and medical marking requirements. The quoter must identify the company and part number supplied; the solicitation identifies Stereo Optical Company, Inc., CAGE 02012, part number AFVT 2300. Quantity is one, with delivery required 20 days after acknowledgment of the order and FOB destination.
