Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 174 each of an optical instrument eyepiece assembly, NSN 5855-01-436-1326, part number 264354-3, identified as a critical application item associated with Elbit Systems of America—Night Vision. The requirement includes delivery within 152 days after order, FOB origin, destination inspection, and packaging and marking in accordance with the specified DLA and military standards. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The solicitation states that the non-manufacturer rule is waived, incorporates CMMC Level 2 self-assessment requirements, and is not a small-business set-aside, although small-business concerns are encouraged to submit quotations.
