Defence Research and Development Canada requires two Level 3 information technology security research and development specialists under Stream 6, Cyber Protection Services, plus one Level 3 satellite communication specialist and one Level 3 telecommunication system specialist under Stream 7, Telecommunications Services. The requirement is intended to establish up to four contracts, each with a three-year term, under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement. The opportunity is limited to pre-qualified suppliers under the specified supply arrangement and is conditionally set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Personnel and organizational security requirements include Secret/Top Secret/NATO Secret supplier clearance, Canadian or Five Eyes citizenship eligibility, and a Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence review. Work is identified for the National Capital Region and Trenton, Ontario, including 3701 Carling Avenue in Ottawa; the Trenton location remains to be determined.
