Description
The City of Bridgeport is soliciting bids for improvements to the existing men's and women's restrooms at Wentfield Park. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals required for the work. The scope includes site preparation and protection; debris removal; preparation, priming, and mildew-resistant painting of restroom walls; preparation and installation of slip-resistant epoxy flooring; furnishing and installation of mirrors; removal and installation of tamper-resistant privacy partitions; final cleaning; and an owner walkthrough. Bidders must submit unit pricing for the listed work items and comply with Connecticut licensing, prevailing-wage, bonding, insurance, safety, and other construction requirements.
