Description
The project requires a prime contractor to provide all labor and materials for resilient sheet flooring, resilient tile flooring, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeting, resilient base, cove base, moldings, caps, edge metal trim, transitions, anchors, reducers, adhesives, primers, leveling compounds, fillers, layout, material acclimation documentation, attic stock, and protection of finished flooring. The scope includes flooring for the Building D elevator and field verification of finished-surface tolerances. The contractor must also provide required submittals, schedule updates, as-built documentation, and project documentation through Procore; comply with prevailing-wage, public-works, California Department of Industrial Relations, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, and prequalification requirements; and furnish the required bid security and post-award payment and performance bonds. The estimated bid value is $303,213.11, with an anticipated project duration of 490 calendar days.
