Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking capability and interest information for a potential FY2027 dockside availability involving repairs to the 418-foot USCGC Hamilton (WMSL-753), a National Security Cutter. The requirement would include contractor-furnished labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, power, accessories, and personnel needed to perform the work. The 18 identified work items include fire prevention; ballast, grey-water, and sewage tank cleaning and inspection; stern boat launch and recovery system maintenance; dual-point davit modification and camera-system installation; oily-water separator inspection and grooming; cargo elevator inspection and testing; air-conditioning plant maintenance; fire-detection system inspection and testing; insulation renewal; carpet and slip-resistant flight-deck covering renewal; deck preservation; flight-deck tenting; and renewal or replacement of watertight doors and scuttles. Respondents must provide company and UEI information, points of contact, business size and applicable NAICS status, small-business certification documentation if applicable, a statement describing how the work would be completed and confirming willingness to submit as a prime contractor, and relevant past-performance information.
