Description
The Town of Greenville is seeking a qualified consultant to serve as its multi-year Airport Consultant for Greenville Municipal Airport. Anticipated work includes a Sustainability Plan, DBE Plan, Business Development Plan, Airport Layout Plan update, and Exhibit A update, along with related airport planning services and future airport projects. Respondents must provide qualification and experience statements addressing comparable municipal or government contracts from the past five years, prior airport programs, key staff, local knowledge of the airport and its aviation support systems, company background, and three work-related references. Statements are limited to 30 pages, excluding covers, cover letter, table of contents, and dividers. MaineDOT-certified DBE consultants are encouraged to apply, and non-DBE firms must provide DBE firms maximum opportunity to participate where applicable.
