The City of Mount Holly is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants or consultant teams to collaborate with the Public Arts Advisory Commission and City staff in developing a Public Art Master Plan. The plan will serve as a visionary and strategic roadmap for the City's public art program.
