REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for parks and greenway projects to receive FY 27 CIP funding. The complete Request for Qualifications including the project list can be obtained from Katie Thayer, Project Manager, Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management, 3205 Freedom Dr., Suite 6000, Charlotte NC 28208 by email at AFM.RFQ@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov. SOQ's must be submitted by 2:00 pm, October 22, 2026. Upon request, this information will be made available in an alternate format for persons with disabilities. Please call 980-314-2428. Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is seeking statements of qualifications from firms capable of providing full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for parks and greenway projects intended to receive FY 2027 Capital Improvement Program funding. The complete request for qualifications includes the project list. Statements of qualifications are due by 2:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026. The complete request for qualifications may be obtained from Katie Thayer, Project Manager, by email or from the Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management office. Alternate-format materials are available upon request for persons with disabilities.
