Description
The City of Tampa Mobility Department intends to single-source Carlson survey equipment and software to upgrade its existing GPS units and data-collection capabilities. The requested Carlson BRx7 is a multi-frequency, multi-constellation GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS, with RTK capability for high-precision land surveying, mapping, and control-point establishment. The software scope includes Carlson SurvCE, SurvPC, and CAD software. The vendor must be an authorized Carlson manufacturer's distributor or dealer and must be able to provide the requested products, along with warranty service, maintenance, or repairs when requested. The response must include documentation establishing authorized-vendor status.
