Description
The City of Parkville is seeking qualifications from engineering and architectural firms or individuals for multiple on-call professional services agreements. Potential assignments include architecture; building permit review and inspection; construction inspection and field material testing; geotechnical, materials testing, and geologic services; landscape architecture; planning; structural engineering; stormwater management and hydrology; surveying; transportation engineering; and stormwater and wastewater utility infrastructure design and engineering. Respondents must submit the Service Capability Data Form and address their capabilities, relevant experience, organizational structure, key personnel, Missouri licensing and training, five relevant projects completed within the past five years, availability, and at least three recent client references. A separate proposed fee/rate schedule is required, including billing rates and reimbursable-expense methodology. The City anticipates selecting one or more firms or individuals for on-call work authorized through written work authorization forms; the attached agreement provides for a two-year term with one optional additional year.
