Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a sole-source, firm-fixed-price acquisition for Lunit Patient Hub software licensing, maintenance, updates, integrations, and technical support. The platform supports mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI tracking; patient follow-up and recall notifications; risk calculations; reporting; and compliance with American College of Radiology and VA mammography standards. The requirement includes licenses for 14 Patient Hub/Risk sites and 152 staff users, seven standard HL7 interfaces, and custom integrations supporting existing PowerScribe and Hologic connections through DICOM Mammography CAD Structured Reports or FHIR. The contractor must provide updates, patches, upgrades, helpdesk support during normal business hours, after-hours outage support, a dedicated technical point of contact, and response to Severity 1 issues within two hours. The base period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with three 12-month option periods. Quotes must address VA security, Section 508 accessibility, Authority to Operate, IPv6, and related information-technology requirements.
