Description
The Department of Property and Procurement of the U.S. Virgin Islands is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to perform records research, boundary surveying, subdivision layout, and preparation of a subdivision plat for a portion of Parcel 12A, Estate Bovoni, St. Thomas. The work includes identifying property boundaries, monuments, encroachments, easements, rights-of-way, access points, and adjacent parcels, and verifying the proposed configuration against applicable subdivision requirements. The contractor must coordinate with the appropriate government agency, submit the plat and supporting survey documents, respond to agency comments, and finalize the materials for governmental approval and recordation. Required deliverables include one signed and sealed final subdivision plat in PDF format and one electronic PDF copy of all supporting survey documentation, including agency-approved subdivision documents when applicable. Electronic CAD files are an optional alternate item. Legal, environmental, engineering, geotechnical, construction staking, architectural, and other services not expressly identified are excluded.
