Description
The City of Tampa is seeking qualifications from firms to provide as-needed professional architectural, engineering, registered surveying and mapping, and related services through work order agreements for projects authorized in the City's budget. The scope includes architecture, landscape architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, transportation, environmental, geotechnical, materials testing, utility, water and wastewater, traffic, roadway, bridge, planning, surveying, mapping, construction administration, inspection, drafting/CAD, and related services. Firms must submit one searchable PDF file smaller than 5 MB containing the completed RFQ Transmittal Memorandum, a Letter of Interest addressed to Brad L. Baird, P.E., a Statement of Qualifications, and supplemental evaluation materials. Evaluation considers in-house specialization and experience, applicable City of Tampa SLBE certification, Standard Form 330 or equivalent information, prior City project performance, staffing, and Ban-the-Box documentation.
