The Texas State University System (TSUS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a Surveyor(s) to provide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Land Surveying services. These services will be for the planning, design, renovation, and construction of facilities for TSUS and its Member Institutions across Texas. Services will be provided on an hourly fee or lump sum basis as needed, with no minimum or maximum amount specified. The selected Surveyor(s) will be required to assign at least one person with significant related experience as a point of contact for oversight efforts. The agreement will have an initial 3-year term with an option for two additional 1-year extensions, with a total value not to exceed $500,000. Anticipated services include land (boundary) surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, land surveying with GIS mapping, foundation surveys, as-built surveys, and subsurface utility engineering.
