Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is requesting proposals for statewide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services. Two consultants will be selected to provide these services on an as-needed basis for a two-year contract term. Each contract will have an upset limit of $500,000, with individual work assignments not to exceed $100,000 without approval. The selected consultants will be responsible for a range of SUE services, including utility research, designation, potholing, and mapping, adhering to ASCE standards and KYTC's prequalification criteria. Deliverables must be submitted in specific CAD, GIS, and terrain model formats compatible with KYTC's Digital As-Built Program. A DBE participation goal of 11.95% is established, and consultants must submit a DBE Participation Plan with their response.
