Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is seeking qualified firms to provide professional land surveying services on an as-needed basis throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The selected consultant will support and supplement the PGC's internal survey staff for new acquisitions and the retracement of existing boundaries. Firms will be selected periodically through requests for quotes (RFQs) over the next year, with the initial request closing on July 15, 2026. This Request for Applications (RFA) is not affiliated with any previous PGC projects or contracts, and all interested firms must apply. Project documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Trimble Unity Construct solicitation file after creating a user profile. Applications will only be accepted electronically through the Trimble Unity Construct bidding portal. A video tutorial and technical support are available for navigation and assistance. Professional Selections Meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM, which can be joined online or via phone conference. All applicants must possess a current, active Vendor/SAP Number, which can be registered through the provided link.
