Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market intelligence on contractors capable of providing Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers. These receivers are intended to support critical NGA missions, specifically for high-precision geodetic applications requiring sub-millimeter phase center stability and autonomous operation. The system must be capable of tracking and storing GPS and Galileo L1 and L2 code and carrier phase measurements, with a target precision of 1.0mm for individual measurements. The agency is also interested in high-priority features such as integrated antenna/receiver units, sufficient onboard memory for extended data logging, and battery-powered operation. Responses should include a capabilities statement detailing the vendor's ability to meet these requirements, as well as information on their business type, experience with similar government and commercial projects, and any recommendations for the acquisition. The NGA plans to procure these receivers in Fiscal Year 2027, with a period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Delivery locations may include NGA-East (Springfield, VA), NGA-West (St. Louis, MO), or the contractor's facility.
