Description
The City of Dayton's Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for professional surveyor services. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing Right-of-Way Plans and descriptions for the Gettysburg Avenue Reconstruction Phase 4 and Smithville Road Reconstruction Phase 2 Projects. Services include evidence of existing right-of-way recovery, boundary resolution, preparation of plats of survey, detailed plans sheets, and standard highway and temporary easement descriptions. The consultant must be Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) prequalified with five years of demonstrated experience. Final ROW Plans for both projects are due by December 1, 2026. The contract term is through December 31, 2032.
