Description
Leon County, Florida is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified firms to provide surveying services. Services may include development of legal descriptions and sketches for easement and right-of-way acquisitions, boundary surveys, construction stakeout, design surveys, record drawing surveys, and expert witness services. The County intends to enter into agreements with multiple firms, with work distributed at the discretion of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services. The contract period is three years with two optional one-year renewals, for a possible total of five years. All services must be performed by professionals licensed in the State of Florida.
