Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking 60 new vertical metal filing cabinets for health facilities. Each cabinet must be made of steel or another high-strength metal, include a keyed lock with at least two keys, have at least four drawers suitable for A4 and folio files, metal sliding mechanisms, a gray, beige, or equivalent finish, anticorrosive electrostatic paint or equivalent, and a robust structure suitable for intensive use. A minimum 12-month warranty is required. The supplier must provide transportation, delivery, and installation at the specified health facilities in the Bata, Mbini, and Kogo health districts. The required delivery period is 40 calendar days from contract signature, and the offer must include all transportation and shipping costs. The quotation must include the completed technical and financial offer templates, photographs of the proposed cabinets, and the requested company, registration, banking, project-history, and compliance information.
