Description
The Government of Canada is seeking offers from eligible Indigenous businesses to provide office furniture and related delivery, assembly, and installation services for Fleet Support Unit (Atlantic). The requirement includes work-surface products, filing and storage products, ancillary products, and collaborative products for individual offices, shared workspaces, common areas, and administrative work areas. The contractor must supply the furniture, deliver it, assemble and install it according to approved layouts, remove packaging and installation waste, coordinate the schedule with the Technical Authority, and complete a final walkthrough to address deficiencies. The work must be performed on site during core hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no off-site work authorized. The procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, requires completion of the Indigenous Eligibility Certification, and includes security requirements. The contract is expected to run from November 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with delivery required by March 31, 2027. Selection will be based on the lowest technically compliant offer.
