Description
Citrus County School District is soliciting proposals for 60 Category 2 internal-connection switches, associated software and licenses, and basic maintenance of switches. The requested equipment includes Aruba or equivalent core switch components: CX 6405 switch chassis, 1,800-watt power supplies, multi-gigabit and access Power over Ethernet line cards, management modules, and one-year next-business-day hardware-exchange support services. The proposal price form requires pricing by item, identification of any alternate or equivalent equipment, eligible-item percentages, estimated delivery time after receipt of a purchase order, and an authorized signature. Refurbished, remanufactured, and renewed equipment will not be accepted. The solicitation also requires completion of the Bid Acknowledgement Form and other required bid forms, with submission through the VendorLink online portal in an accepted Excel, PDF, or ZIP format.
