New York City College of Technology, part of the City University of New York, seeks a vendor to provide proprietary digital advertising and marketing media services for the SUNY Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center. The requested media buy includes 231,000 addressable/mobile impressions; 270,000 digital out-of-home transit-oriented impressions; 334,000 major-market digital billboard impressions; 256,000 streaming television/video impressions; 193,000 social media impressions; 2,208 cable-network placements; and 160 15-second News 12 Brooklyn local news placements. This is identified as a one-time purchase under the institution's discretionary purchasing authority. Prospective respondents must obtain the RFQ from the advertisement. The solicitation states that selected vendors must complete and sign two New York State Procurement Lobbying Act forms: the Offerer's Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law §§ 139-j(3) and 139-j(6)(b), and the Offerer's Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §§ 139-j and 139-k.
