Description
The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, is seeking a contractor to develop and execute a statewide media campaign promoting awareness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The scope includes account management, campaign planning, Wyoming-specific research, creative production, traditional advertising, social media, media buying and placement, physical promotional assets such as wallet cards, stickers, posters, and magnets, and distribution to partners and stakeholders. The contractor must provide a strategic campaign approach, culturally and linguistically responsive materials, quarterly data collection and reporting for federal evaluation, and campaign-reach analysis. Digital assets, social media graphics, web content, videos, and electronic PDFs must comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, including alt text, high-contrast design, screen-reader accessibility, and caption files for video. The campaign is expected to launch in February 2027 and support statewide use through September 2027. The total available funding may not exceed $219,730.
