Description
The U.S. Army, through Army Contracting Command–Orlando, is conducting a Sources Sought notice for Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Instruction, Maintenance, and Mission Support (UAS-IMMS) supporting Army Aviation Center of Excellence requirements. The anticipated effort includes UAS instruction and flight training, aircraft maintenance and repair, and related mission support. The Government is seeking information about industry capabilities, relevant experience, acquisition strategy, contract structure, teaming, and potential small-business participation or set-asides; this notice is not a solicitation or request for proposals. Responses must describe relevant recent experience, capabilities, proposed approaches, lessons learned, cost or schedule benefits, and answers to questions concerning prime/subcontracting strategy, transition, staffing, training, contract type, and the draft performance work statements. Responses are limited to 16 pages, with six pages for instruction, six pages for maintenance, and up to four pages for Section III, excluding the cover page. The cover page must include contractor identification, point-of-contact information, DUNS, CAGE, and applicable small-business information. Responses must use Arial 12-point font, one-inch margins, single spacing, and be compatible with current Microsoft Office software.
