Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a sole-source, hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract for OEM-level Contractor Field Service Representative support for AH-64D/E Apache Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) and Fire Control Radar (FCR) systems. The scope includes telephonic, virtual, and on-site troubleshooting; installation, configuration, alignment, testing, and maintenance assistance; engineering and logistics reach-back; configuration management; formal and informal training; over-the-shoulder mentoring; surge and emergency Aircraft on Ground support; travel; and relocation support. The baseline requirement includes up to nine full-time CFSRs across designated CONUS and OCONUS locations, with additional task-order support at other military installations and operational sites. Personnel must have documented Apache sensor or comparable advanced military aviation weapon-system experience, instructor experience, active SECRET clearances, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to support classified information and Controlled Unclassified Information. The offeror must submit technical, cost/price, administrative, and subcontracting materials, including a technical execution matrix, staffing plan, resumes, OCONUS deployment plan, certified cost or pricing data, a small-business subcontracting plan, representations and certifications, and CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) information.
