Description
Lansing Community College is soliciting proposals for Phase 1 improvements to the existing precast concrete Gannon Parking Ramp at its Downtown Campus. The work includes slab-on-grade repairs, routing and sealing concrete cracks, shear key repairs, concrete topping repairs, joint sealant and traffic coating repairs, traffic coating removal and patching, and installation of a continuous wall expansion joint. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, traffic control, coordination, cleanup, and incidental work required for a complete project. The proposal must include company qualifications, at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, project management and subcontractor information, a detailed project schedule, safety and quality-control approaches, required confirmations, a signed Signature Page, a Certificate of Insurance, and the completed Price Proposal Spreadsheet submitted separately. The project is to be substantially complete by November 6, 2026, with final completion by November 13, 2026; a five-year traffic-coating warranty is specified. A non-mandatory site visit is strongly encouraged, and the work will occur while the college remains operational and the parking ramp is in use.
