Description
The British Columbia Financial Services Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide real estate brokerage and related advisory services for the assessment and potential sublease of either the ninth or tenth floor of its downtown Vancouver headquarters. The scope includes market advice, marketing the sublease opportunity, identifying and qualifying prospective subtenants, negotiation support, coordination with the landlord and legal counsel, and transaction execution. The initial assignment may concern one floor, and the Authority may engage the successful contractor for substantially similar services for the remaining floor within 24 months of contract award under the same terms and conditions. The estimated contract period is 60 months.
