Description

Lansing Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and independent grant professionals to establish a nonexclusive pool for as-needed grant opportunity identification, grant search, proposal planning, project management, proposal narrative development, editing, technical review, compliance review, research, and budget-narrative drafting or editing. Potential assignments may support local, state, federal, foundation, and corporate grants involving higher education, student success, workforce development, healthcare, facilities and capital projects, technology and cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, and special-population programs. Services are expected to be performed primarily remotely, with virtual or on-campus meetings as requested. Deliverables must be provided in editable electronic formats compatible with Microsoft Office applications. Respondents must submit a concise proposal, preferably no more than 15 pages excluding resumes, references, pricing forms, work samples, certifications, and requested attachments. The response must include the required cover page, pricing and disclosure form, signed acknowledgment and certification, at least three comparable projects, three client references, a representative three-to-five-page work sample, proposed lead staff, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and any requested exceptions to the standard terms. LCC may select one, multiple, or no pool participants; inclusion does not guarantee work, a contract, a minimum dollar amount, or any assignment. The initial pool term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods.
