Description
Lansing Board of Water and Light is soliciting professional services to migrate its existing Schneider ArcFM geometric network to an Esri Utility Network supporting electric, water, chilled water, steam, land, and fiber datasets. The selected contractor will assess and cleanse legacy data; configure Utility Network asset packages, domains, rules, associations, editing workflows, validation, tracing, maps, applications, security, and reporting; upgrade and configure the ArcGIS Enterprise environment; and perform production migration, reconciliation, and quality assurance. The scope includes integration with systems such as OMS/ADMS, Synergi, UMAX, AMI, SSP Lifecycle Assets, MIMS, and ArcGIS Online; configuration of ArcGIS Indoors and vertical assets; development or modification of interfaces, reports, templates, and approved custom functionality; comprehensive testing; training and knowledge transfer; documentation; production deployment; Hypercare; and 30 to 60 calendar days of post-go-live support. Proposals must use the provided respondent form and pricing workbook, address the technical and functional requirements, provide at least three similar references, and identify proposed personnel, project methodology, schedule, risks, assumptions, and contractual exceptions.
