Description
Lansing Board of Water & Light is requesting proposals for surveying, drafting, and design services supporting water-main installation at multiple locations. Proposals must comply with the enclosed Scope of Work. The buyer reserves the right to reject proposals, waive irregularities, and accept a proposal in whole or in part; evaluation methods and factors are not limited. Proposals must be submitted through IonWave, and email submissions are not accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
