Description
The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority is seeking a consultant to advise and support procurement of a new Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution supporting comprehensive human resources and payroll functions. The engagement includes defining requirements, identifying appropriate software options, conducting a competitive software solicitation or request for proposals, evaluating vendors, supporting contract negotiations, and assessing functional fit. Addendum No. 1 extends the response deadline to September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific. A standard Professional Services Agreement has been posted for review, and respondents may submit a separate one-page document identifying requested exceptions or modifications to that agreement; this document does not count toward the applicable 15-page response limit. The opportunity is an informal Request for Information and does not require a bid bond.
