Gwinnett County seeks a contractor to supply and install HVAC components at four Department of Transportation maintenance barns. The work includes ductless mini-split systems and related equipment in existing restrooms and newly constructed multipurpose rooms. Specified equipment includes outdoor heat pumps, indoor wall-mounted units, cable, remote controllers, and refrigerant line sets; approved equivalents are permitted. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, remove debris, protect and restore affected areas, and coordinate work with the County representative. Substantial completion is expected by December 31, 2026. Quotes must include a lump-sum price for each of the four locations. The submission package includes the quote schedule, at least three similar-project references from the past five years, a subcontractor list, and a completed contractor affidavit and agreement. The lowest responsive and responsible quote will be considered, and the County may split the award. The successful vendor must meet the stated insurance requirements and provide a minimum one-year warranty on labor and materials.
