Description
Gwinnett County seeks a contractor to provide fence and gate installation, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance at various County facilities. Work may include removing existing fencing, installing new systems, supplying fence materials for repairs, and servicing gates and their access-control mechanisms. The specifications cover chain-link, vinyl-coated chain-link, wood, aluminum, PVC, pasture, playground, and barrier fencing, as well as optional barbed-wire and concertina-wire security enhancements. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment; meet response requirements for emergency work; and warrant materials and workmanship. The County anticipates an annual contract with four 12-month renewal periods and no guaranteed minimum quantity. Bidders must submit pricing and the specified bid materials, including three similar-work references, a subcontractor list, a Code of Ethics affidavit, and an E-Verify contractor affidavit. Insurance is required, with coverage limits varying by contract value and scope.
