Description
Gwinnett County seeks qualified consultants to provide demand-based professional services supporting transportation and capital projects. The five categories cover pedestrian and bikeway improvements and drainage design; major and minor road and intersection improvements; cost-to-cure design; surveying and subsurface utility engineering; and traffic engineering, traffic studies, signal timing, and ITS/ATMS design and support. Firms may submit separate proposals for each category and must hold the applicable Georgia Department of Transportation prequalifications. The County intends to select at least three firms per category, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of work; assignments will be issued as needed. Subconsultants are permitted if identified and appropriately prequalified. Each category proposal must address firm experience, staffing and qualifications, approach, quality assurance and quality control, technology, and references. The submission includes a technical proposal and a separately sealed fee schedule using the provided template. The solicitation also requires specified affidavits and certifications, references, and applicable federal provisions forms. The contract may run for up to five years, with services commencing July 1, 2027, or upon award.
