Description
Pea Ridge Public Service District is soliciting bids for the furnishing and delivery of one mini excavator, including attachments and all necessary appurtenances specified in the bidding documents. The equipment must be delivered within 120 calendar days after the Contract Times commence and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after that date. The solicitation uses a one-envelope bid system. The bid envelope must identify the bidder, the mini excavator contract, and the Pea Ridge Public Service District. Bidding documents are available in hard-copy or digital format for $25 per set, and official notifications and addenda are provided through the designated bidding-document website.
