Description
The State of West Virginia is soliciting a bid for one new, unused 2025 or 2026 model-year, four-door police interceptor utility SUV. The vehicle must be all-wheel drive and meet detailed requirements for dimensions, suspension, brakes, engine, transmission, cooling, battery, fuel capacity, keys and key fobs, wheels, interior, electronics, lighting, emergency-equipment wiring, cargo access, security features, towing, and available silver or gray colors. Vendors must provide a detailed specification sheet demonstrating compliance with the listed requirements. The vehicle must undergo a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection and servicing, including fluid checks, alignment and tire balancing, cleaning, operational checks, road testing, a full gasoline tank, temporary registration, a valid West Virginia inspection sticker, an owner's manual, and removal of dealer advertising. The vehicle must include at least a three-year/36,000-mile basic comprehensive warranty and applicable corrosion coverage. This is a one-time purchase, and delivery is required within 153 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
