Description
The U.S. Geological Survey's VA-WV Water Science Center is procuring two pairs of geodetic-grade GNSS receiver systems, consisting of two base receivers and two rover receivers, with field data collection and processing software for all four receivers. The equipment will support land-surface elevation surveys, datum establishment, high-water-mark elevation surveys, and stream-discharge calculations. Each system must meet detailed requirements for multi-constellation satellite tracking, high-precision positioning, 4G or better connectivity, radio communications, USB-C connectivity, Bluetooth, extended battery operation, data storage, environmental durability, camera-assisted stakeout, and pole-tilt compensation. Required accessories include two tripods, four tablet pole brackets, and two mounting poles. The solicitation also requires accessibility conformance documentation for each commercially available ICT item, including an Accessibility Conformance Report based on VPAT 2.1 or later, and related accessibility narratives. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of the purchase order, with no options.
