Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways, District One, is soliciting bids from a single vendor for an open-end contract to supply precast concrete lagging measuring 4 inches by 24 inches by 45 inches. The solicitation lists an estimated quantity of 500 units, but actual quantities will be determined by orders placed during the contract term. The lagging must comply with MP 604-02-40, as amended, and applicable West Virginia Division of Highways specifications. It must have a minimum 28-day concrete compressive strength of 3,000 PSI and entrained air content of 7% plus or minus 2.5%, and must be supplied by a West Virginia Division of Highways-approved precast concrete fabricator. Standard orders must be delivered within 30 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed, with delivery included in the bid price.
