Description
The West Virginia Department of Tourism's solicitation for comprehensive audiovisual services for the Governor's Conference scheduled for September 20–23, 2026, has been cancelled. The original scope included labor, equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, operation, technical support, supervision, teardown, and removal at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. The cancelled requirement included televisions, projection screens and projectors, an LED wall, video switcher, presentation and production laptops, confidence monitors, audio mixers, microphones, house-PA interfaces, presentation remotes, lighting equipment, cabling, AV carts, Mountain Stage audio and monitoring equipment, and technical staffing. The source materials also identify the opportunity as cancelled and list the terms and conditions and pricing materials among the cancelled documents.
