Description
The City seeks one or more vendors to perform blight remediation, exterior property maintenance, and emergency work at assigned private and public properties. Services include debris and illegal-dumping removal; mowing, vegetation control, and tree and stump removal; fence, sign, and abandoned-vehicle removal; building-opening boarding and repairs; painting and power washing; minor excavation, grading, and paving repairs; encampment cleanup; and installation of solar-powered security lights or cameras. Emergency work may include stabilizing building openings and other urgent health and safety remediation. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, provide at least three similar-work references, and submit time-stamped before-and-after project photographs. The scope also requires qualified staff and equipment, applicable herbicide credentials, electrical de-energizing qualifications, safety and waste-disposal plans, and a minimum of three four-person teams. The contract term is two years with no renewal options. Pricing is submitted by unit of measure, and the City may make multiple awards.
