Description
The Road Commission for Oakland County is soliciting firm-fixed pricing for roll-up fabric traffic signs, adjustable stands, and mounting brackets for delivery to three district locations. The requested signs include water-over-road, tree-work-ahead, road-work-ahead, one-lane-road-ahead, be-prepared-to-stop, flagger-symbol, and transition-symbol signs, with quantities and district allocations provided in the pricing spreadsheet. Products must be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer or be an approved equal, and bidders must identify manufacturers and part numbers on the pricing sheet. The purchase is a one-time delivery by district location, with tailgate delivery, FOB destination freight prepaid. A completed IFB document and pricing must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network. The solicitation requires successful bidders to provide specified insurance coverage, including general and auto liability, products liability/completed operations, workers’ compensation, and employer’s liability.
