Description
Wayne County seeks qualified vendors for a prequalified supplier list covering standard IT hardware, software, subscriptions, and extended warranties. The County will issue product-specific quote requests to vendors authorized for the relevant categories and manufacturers. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of relevant public-sector experience, provide references, and document that they are original equipment manufacturers or authorized resellers for the products they propose. The product matrix identifies categories and manufacturers, including computers, servers, networking, telecommunications, audiovisual equipment, software, and related accessories. The scope also includes responding to quote requests, order processing, shipping and delivery, returns and replacements, and product lifecycle notifications. The qualifications list has a five-year term with two optional one-year extensions. Responses are accepted during an ongoing response period, with the initial response deadline on November 20, 2026; later submissions are reviewed quarterly until July 1, 2031.
